Waterfall Chart

Hello, in Waterfall chart I am Using  following set analysis it is working when nothing is selected but When I select dimension for only one part of this set it despairs. I need to write sum of this two because If I use Weighted average it is not correct. But How can I do this

so That when I filter Division = gas administration or gas retail to show only selected part? this is my chart and this expression is for

Volume variance. If you have any solutions or advice I would really appreciate.
