    Qlik Sense Desktop not initialize after log in

      Hello everyone,

      I'm having throuble on starting and using Qlik Sense.

      After loggin into Qlik Sense desktop with my QlikID, the HUB looks like this:

      As you can see in the top left corner my account name is not displayed. If I want to create an app or load an existing one I get "Access denied".


      I think this happens because Qlik is not able to acquire the account settings.


      What can i do?


      My Qlik Sense version is June 2018.
