    Single Sign-On Error

      When I am logged on to the Qlik website and attempt to navigate to the Support Portal, I get the following error every time:


      Single Sign-On Error

      We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins.


      Is there anything I can do? If I go to My Account (hoping to check my settings) the only option I have is to change my password.
